We heal from what happened through forgiveness, repentance, surrender, and obedience, allowing God to renew our minds and restore what has been wounded.
OVERCOME — Together
We don't overcome alone. Through faith and community, we keep moving forward together, believing God's Word that we are more than conquerors. — Romans 8:37
Hey, I'm Jelisha
I don't just teach overcoming. I live it.
I'm Jelisha Machelle—founder of The Overcomers Tribe, Bible-based creative, and encourager.
My message was born from my own journey of allowing God to deal with the places in me that needed healing, renew my mind, and teach me how to stop building my life from what happened to me.
Today, I use my testimony, creativity, and voice to help women recognize what's keeping them stuck, heal God's way, and move forward with the faith to become and build what God is calling them to.
I'm still growing. I'm still becoming. And that's part of the message—you don't have to have arrived to begin overcoming.

The Healing Project is a collection of Bible-based guided healing experiences created to help women intentionally identify, confront, and work through areas of their lives that need healing—with God at the center.
Through biblical truth, guided reflection, creative expression, and community, each Healing Project focuses on a specific area of the healing journey and creates space to deal with what’s beneath the surface, heal God’s way, and move forward in truth.

COMING NEXT: THE HEALING PROJECT — GRIEF
Stay tuned for our next guided experience centered on grief. Together, we'll create Grief Healing Boards through both an in-person experience and a live virtual experience via Zoom, creating space to acknowledge what we've lost, process grief with God, and move forward with intention.

The Overcomers Tribe is a Bible-based community where we deal with the triggers, heal from the trauma, and overcome together God's way.
We are people who believe we are healed by faith, and we walk out that healing in real time through our faith in Jesus Christ. Through biblical truth, prayer, testimony, encouragement, accountability, and community, we're learning to renew our minds, grow in our identity in Christ, and live from what God's Word says about us.
