To keep orders organized and provide consistent service, merchandise orders are processed in two batches each week:

Monday Processing
Orders received Friday through Monday morning are included in the Monday order cycle.

Thursday Processing
Orders received Tuesday through Thursday morning are included in the Thursday order cycle.

Orders received after a processing cutoff may be included in the next scheduled order cycle.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same. Our Monday and Thursday schedule determines when your order enters the processing cycle.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Before submitting your order, please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.
